Your satisfaction is our top priority. If you receive the wrong item or if you're not entirely satisfied with your order, please don't hesitate to reach out to us at palestine@cosmeticsinturkey.com. Kindly include pictures of the item in your email so that we can assist you promptly.

Faulty Items:
We are committed to resolving any issues with your order. In the event of any faults related to the garment or print, we will endeavor to replace your item within 28 days of purchase. This replacement is contingent upon the adherence to care instructions, including washing at a low temperature and turning the garment inside out.

Incorrect Selection:
If you accidentally select the wrong item or color, please contact us immediately. If your order hasn't been processed yet, we're happy to cancel or amend it for you. However, once the order has been processed, no returns will be accepted on the basis of incorrect selection.

Shipping:
We provide complimentary tracked shipping on all orders, regardless of size. Our goal is to deliver your items within 5-7 working days. Upon dispatch, you will receive an email containing your tracking number, allowing you to monitor your order's journey and ensure a seamless delivery experience.
